I'm still so gutted that they completely wrote off Lara's whole story. AJ=TR: I'd say alive. I mean, the way they ended the scene in AoD, it was like Lara realized that too. But he wasn't there, all that remained was a trail of blood leading away. He probably is alive and trying to recover from that wound he suffered. Eidos already said that they were going to continue the series as if AOD never happened. so in that sense he is dead. but I think that If they had continued the series they would have kept him alive.
