ALT+Return does not toggle this...

If I get the game it'll be on the 360, however, I must say I'm somewhat disappointed by the new layout and how it's only available on download. The download alone will no doubt take up more system memory than I have, lol. Can anybody reassure me? as normally, even if I didn't like the look of a new TR game I'd buy it just to be loyal! It just appears as though it's gone all 'strategy/RPG' is that the intention?

Hi everybody,

I just want to know if you have (new) information about the online-coop mode? News, link, anything... I'm waiting this mode to play with my bro and the only thing i know is that the release was delayed. No more information except: "wait and see".

Thanks for the answers.

Well, it looks like online co-op has been delayed a bit longer. So how about the next best thing: offline group play LCO style? In case you missed our earlier TR1 and TR2 group sessions, here's how it works:

Go as slow or or as fast as you like. I'll probably play more slowly than most of you, since I'm also using this opportunity to do screenshots and video for my walkthrough. (If you use it, please feel free to correct/contribute!)

Play as much or as little at a time as you like. Then just post your ideas/impressions and read/comment on what other players have to say.

Mention things that were fun, frustrating, glitchy, weird or otherwise remarkable for you.

Offer help if anyone needs it, and feel free to ask if you get stuck. We're all friends here.

Please understand that this topic will inevitably contain spoilers. So when you're posting, try to be considerate of others and include the level name or "spoiler warning" near the top of your post. That way people who haven't gotten there yet can wait to read it if they haven't gotten there yet.

If you want to, set a goal for yourself--all reward or score challenges, all red skulls, beat the game on hard, get 100% completion, etc.--then share your proud achievements.

The only firm guidelines I have are to play nice--follow forum rules, be courteous and supportive to your fellow gamers--and above all HAVE FUN! So, who's in?

I'm playing on PS3. I've completed GoL with all relics artefacts and weapons, earning myself a gold trophy. But now when I reply from the beginning the opening scene seldom starts and cuts to In-game cinematics instead of the opening comic book style intro. I've only ever seen the ending once. After killing Xolotl, it goes straight to level stats then to credits...

Has anyone else had this happen?

Hi all,

it's been a week since we last played the game. Today, we opened steam to find that the game was uninstalled from steam (it's installing again as I post this). However, steam was still listing the achievements... Has this happened to anyone? Do you think we'll lose the saves from our previous gaming sessions, or we'll just have to start the whole thing from scratch?

Last level serious bug - "death loop"

Cris and I had a bit of a marathon session on this today and finally got up to Xolotl's Stronghold... We're valiantly battling away with him over the field of spikes, but we've got a big problem which is that every time we both die (which is quiet frequent, given the amount of spikes), the game shows the usual loading screen, then respawns us, and we both die instantly - it's as if we've been respawned onto spikes even though there aren't any. The game then gets stuck in a loop of reloading and then killing us instantly, and it all happens so quickly that we can't even quit back to the main menu. The only option is to alt+F4 back to the desktop, load up the game, and start the level from the beginning. This is a bit of a nightmare to do, considering we die fairly regularly! The only alternative is to try and beat the boss without us both dying at any point, which is quite a big ask too!! Has anyone else come across this bug? we've loved playing this game and it's frustrating not being able to finish it for such an annoying reason...

Have had a look on google but found nothing yet..

These are a few simple guidelines to follow here to avoid the spam issue and keep the forum interesting and entertaining to all. Things may be added at a later date, so check back occasionally.

1. Keep your posts to the topic of the thread. Don't interrupt them to say "hi" to a member, instead use the Private Message feature of the board. And try to make your posts more than one word, although sometimes that is all that's needed, don't make a habit of it, we want to hear your voice (well, read your messages).

2. Read what you have written before you post it. Make sure it makes sense and is readable enough. We all make those bad speelling meestakes once in a while wink.gif.

3. Before you start a new thread, look to see if there is anything related to the issue already posted. You can also do a search of the forum for a specific topic. If your thread isn't there, get a discussion going (ask questions or for opinions). Just make sure that if it's a debate that everyone's opinion is to be respected.

4. Links to your TR sites are ok and also your forums but it can't be in a post. The link can be in your signature, in your forum profile. People will see it when you post. If you do post a thread it will be deleted without notice.

5. Anyone impersonating a mod or Tom in chat and using their names will be banned from this site for eternity without any hope of ever coming back. Your IP's are recorded and we know who you are.

6. Anything truly obscene or vulgar will be dealt with immediately and the author warned.

7. While the moderators are doing their jobs, if you feel a topic has been closed unfairly don't take a hissyfit. Speak to the moderator over Private Message and discuss it with them to find their reasons and explanations. See, talking always helps =).

8. This forum has got a warning system. This means that moderators can and will use it. You'll receive a Private Message or Email when you get a warning and you can see your warning system under your avatar. You can have 3 warnings in one day. After that, an admin can disable your posting ability or suspend your account. Be sure to follow the rules and instructions given and we won't need to do it.

9. Signatures are to be a maximum dimensions of 500 x 250 with a maximum size of 500kb. While there is no limit to the number of signature pictures, don't go too overboard. Lara will come and get you and hit you... a lot.
