There are three advantages to this map compared to the old one:

- The old map allowed 100 guests, this allows 500. LCO is growing!

- This map is based on google maps and thus, lets you ZOOM. You can place your marker ridiculously accuratley. (you don't have to tell us yer house number like.. just do it as accuratley as you feel comfortable with)

- I can remember the login details for this map

1. Keep your posts to the topic of the thread. Don't interrupt them to say "hi" to a member, instead use the Private Message feature of the board. And try to make your posts more than one word, although sometimes that is all that's needed, don't make a habit of it, we want to hear your voice (well, read your messages).

2. Read what you have written before you post it. Make sure it makes sense and is readable enough. We all make those bad speelling meestakes once in a while .

3. Before you start a new thread, look to see if there is anything related to the issue already posted. You can also do a search of the forum for a specific topic. If your thread isn't there, get a discussion going (ask questions or for opinions). Just make sure that if it's a debate that everyone's opinion is to be respected.

4. Links to your TR sites are ok and also your forums but it can't be in a post. The link can be in your signature, in your forum profile. People will see it when you post. If you do post a thread it will be deleted without notice.

5. Anyone impersonating a mod or Tom in chat and using their names will be banned from this site for eternity without any hope of ever coming back. Your IP's are recorded and we know who you are.

6. Anything truly obscene or vulgar will be dealt with immediately and the author warned.

7. While the moderators are doing their jobs, if you feel a topic has been closed unfairly don't take a hissyfit. Speak to the moderator over Private Message and discuss it with them to find their reasons and explanations. See, talking always helps =).

8. This forum has got a warning system. This means that moderators can and will use it. You'll receive a Private Message or Email when you get a warning and you can see your warning system under your avatar. You can have 3 warnings in one day. After that, an admin can disable your posting ability or suspend your account. Be sure to follow the rules and instructions given and we won't need to do it.

9. Signatures are to be a maximum dimensions of 500 x 250 with a maximum size of 500kb. While there is no limit to the number of signature pictures, don't go too overboard. Lara will come and get you and hit you... a lot.

I run a forum on a completely different subject on another platform and we have an app for that which works better than Tapatalk.

Some of you may remember me, and a lot of people won't know me, since in recent years I haven't been an active member here at LCO, but I am finally back! I have said I am back a few times in the past, but went again and well, that's in the past, but I am back for good now .

I joined LCO back in early 2004, and I was an active member for over 2 years and if I remember correctly, ever since 2006 when the forum link changed (I only have 100 odd posts!), I still used the chatroom often, regardless of the fact I didn't post as much as before (I had a few thousand posts previously I think ).

With that being said, is the chatroom still around? I can't find a link to it anywhere, but that may just me being silly and not looking properly! haha. If not, why was it closed down?

I would love to get chatting with you all again, I remember those late nights back in 2004, 2005 and the like with LOADS of you . I've missed you all! I do occasionally see Gia on MSN, but I haven't seen many of you for a while and I miss you! (on occasion I will talk to Purple, but I wish we could talk more )

We had to move the forum to it's own space because it was freaking out the server!

First person who played TR and who I know, was my uncle. He had PS and always played Tomb Raider III at my house. So, for the first time I saw him (I think that is first time) he played Temple Ruins. He played it all day and all night. My mother told me that I waked up in the night and go alone up stairs to watch him playing TR, it's so incredible. My father help him when he was stucked in some levels, even he played sometimes and I watched him. When my uncle was sleeping or wasn't at my home, I always turned TR and played Lara's Home. I was scared for the first time I saw the buttler and always scared me and I couldn't sleep. Then I played Jungle and just stayed in the place and shoot with the pistols. When my uncle saved his game I played there were was saved and I just stayed in the place and shoot with all guns. I remember that one time it was saved in the vagon on RX-Tech Mines and I always falled down with that vagon. The only memory I remember was him (my uncle) playing in the kitchen TR3, some level in Antarctica and my mother passed next to the TV and i screamed on her to move. xD Then, a year after when I return from school I saw a new CD on the PS. I turned it on and it TR5. I was so excited because I learned to walk. When I saw the dog I ran from the room and I was crying. My mother told me that it's just a game, and from that I never played TR, just watched my uncle playing with my father playing. Years were going and going and I forgot of the TR. It was just memories when I was young. I got PC and played GTA. One day, a 5-6 years ago, my uncle appeared with TR2. I couldn't believe and I was so happy to remember all good old times. He played the first four levels and let it just like that. Never was playing that. Than one friend gave me TR4 and TR5 and I played it all over again and relive all good memories. I played all TR to the levels I got stucked, and then I didn't played it. 2 years ago I had all TR games and i play it all. Today, I'm a fanatic of TR, and all of the beautiful past all just memories that one day I'll forget forever.
