  1. Watched the new Midway today. Pretty good but I still have such fond memories of the ‘78 version with Carlton Heston. I’ll have to wait till I can see it with subtitles/captions to get a better grasp on it. Fortunately I recently came across a theater that does show the movie with subtitles.
  2. ^ That was pretty good but had a few things where I was going ... What the heck?!
  3. Well this year I don’t have to worry about Black Thursday/Friday. About 4 months ago I got a transfer from the Supercenter to one of the area Neighborhood Markets. While we do still work those days, we won’t behaving any big sales. If I do go in , it maybe to simply see what Blu-rays are on sale.
  4. I’ve gotten a bit farther (not quite finished yet,but close). It really is a cool game and does feel like TR . I hope they do another one.
  5. I loved that show back in the day. The theme song is still one of my all time favorites.
  6. Ok, I got past that one. I hadn’t thought about 1 thing while focusing on the rest of it, lol.
  7. Cool, I’ll have to look it up.
  8. I finally got to play it. I ended up getting a new mobile and uploaded it. I have been loving it but am stuck for now.
  9. Nothing on the Sloppy Joe's for me. For my fries it is catsup with ground pepper. It has been that way since about '88. Just this morning for breakfast we had biscuits with gravy and ground beef.
  10. I had heard it was cut down for a pg-13 release but didn't realize at first it was the studios doing. I can't really say I'm surprised, they will do stuff like that all the time. I just came across some links that tell of what you said, Jason and Director not happy. I did hear tho' that the director has said there won't be a director's/Uncut version. http://wegotthiscovered.com/movies/director-meg-dives-deep-r-rated-cut-youll-never-see/
  11. The Meg (2018) I had been looking forward to this for some time. I have all of the books and totally enjoy them. This had the potential to be like Jaws but they decided to simply make it a popcorn flick. There was one thing in the trailers that spoiled part of the movie. Fortunately it had some really good CGI as well as the 3D production. 3/5
