Bugs: glitches?

Ok, I recently saw they updated and expanded on the game. 
I work my way up to level 5 and it doesn’t matter where I am or whether I use the guns or spear, when I kill the lizard thing the game just stops and ends.

 

Anyone else have this happen?

I would check and see if it has any updates.

Nope, I had just updated it. That is when I found out it had been expanded.
