Guest Fusion Posted June 1, 2007 Report Posted June 1, 2007 i just read this I stumbled on a nasty bug that makes it impossible to finish St. Francis' Folly. On the bottom-most door (the red one I think) you have to grapple the block out of the wall above the door and then use the door to go up. Well the first time I got there I didn't know I was supposed to go up there and instead I jammed the block into the door to keep it from closing. Wow, big mistake. When I finally figured it out later on and pulled the block out, the switch was frozen in the open position but the door was closed. So I couldn't open the door anymore. So to conclude, DO NOT STUFF THE BLOCK IN THE DOORWAY. thats exactly what i did and i think i could have killed it. ooopppsss Quote
Guest Fusion Posted June 2, 2007 Report Posted June 2, 2007 its Ok YAY i just finished the colloseum level and BTW theres some problems in the next level with loading and music change at doorways like as you approach theres a grey wall i walk towards it and the game freezes for a second and then the game restarts with differnt music and at one point the music jerks like a stuck cd so i paused and restarted and it was fine Quote

If you have a slow PC then sometimes the game has to load the next area you're about to explore before you get there. However, if it isn't loaded then I think CD have implemented a design where you cannot move until the next area is ready. Sometimes I've turned a corner and there's been a wall there, but it soon disappears. Anyhow, glad it's sorted. MsC Quote
javaguy Posted June 2, 2007 Report Posted June 2, 2007 I think the block-switch problem should be sticked. I've heard a lot about it these past few days... seems lots of people are getting stuck. Ah well, TR3 had its invisible walls and looping levels, so I guess in comparison this isn't too bad Quote
