How do I get the artifact thats shown in this picture?

im not sure about this but if you go round the corner (behind Lara) there is another opening in which you use the grapple to swing across i think hope that helps.

remember when you entered this area and on one side Lara slides down the slope?

as soon as she starts sliding, press jump and then the Grapple button.

If you look up before you go down the slide, you will see something that turns into the blue Grapple symbol.
