$2,500 24 GB video card!!

The computer it goes in must have at least 24 GB RAM plus more RAM to run the OS and other programs.

For argument sake, let's say a computer with 45 GB RAM.

Plus the processing CPU and the motherboard needs to be able to process a 24 GB video card.

Do they even make one that has that much RAM and that much CPU power?

Plus you don't need a 24 GB RAM video card to run 4K or 3D videos or even the latest PC games.

Is this video card even made for home PCs?

I just looked on Fry's website and the most expensive desktop PC they carry is $3,900 and here's are the specs, only 32 GB RAM.

Purpose    VR Ready
Processor Speed    3.3  GHz
Hard Drive    3000  GB
SSD    480  GB
Memory    32  GB
Operating System    Windows 10

CybertronPC CLX Set GXE7700 VR Ready Gaming PC - Liquid-Cooled Intel Core X-Series Core i9-7900X 3.30GHz (4.5GHz Turbo Boost Max) 10-Core Processor, 16GB DDR4, 256GB SSD, 3TB Hard Drive, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5 video, RGB Lightstrip w/remote, includes USB Keyboard and Mouse, White Gaming Chassis with 600W 80+ Power Supply, Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64-Bit

That $2,500 video card will fit perfectly in this humble desktop:

^^^ WOW!

That's $16,648.69 U.S. at today's exchange rate.

It's like a car.

It loses a ton of value as soon as you drive it off the lot and in a couple of months or more or so, it's outdated.
