Rchris57 Posted April 24, 2019 Report Share Posted April 24, 2019 I am at the flood basin base camp, mission of San Juan. I am 98% done with this mission and I am stuck at retrieving a relic at the Basecamp flood basin. There is a raft that lights up, and a rope at the bottom of some water. When I swim to rope at the bottom of the water, There are no prompts with what to do with this rope. Nothing comes up that tells me to pull on it or cut it. I’ve tried to shoot an arrow at it while standing outside of the water and that doesn’t work. I don’t see anything else in this area that I can do to get to this relic. Please help.
