Hi,I have downloaded Fraps.But,ican't make it to catch 60 frames per second(i want to make a trailer).Could you tell me what to do.When I play the game i see at the corner 30 not 60 as I maeked see:

P.S.(30 frames is = 29 seconds)

The number in the corner counts what the FPS is that the game is running at, I think, not the rate at which the video is being captured.

Which game are you trying to capture video from? TRs 2 and 3 don't work terribly well with Fraps; it makes the games run very slowly so you'll have to turn the resolution all the way down if you want to record anything from them. I see you don't have a hotkey set for video capture. Have you tried making a video yet?

Yes,I have.I want to 'record' a vid from TR4(Times Level),but it only makes the video long not more than 29 seconds

And I had a hotkey for to start recording,but i just was trying something and i removed it.

So,could you tell me how could i make it record for maybe two/three minets?

Oh, I see what you mean.

You can't tape more than 30 seconds with the free version of Fraps. If you want to make a longer recording you'll have to pay to register it.

Yeah, that's what I do; I just stick together different recordings using Movie Maker. It's pretty easy to do.

Is it going to look like i have made a video(I mean that it wont look cuted or something like that)?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but how it looks will depend on how you edit the video. The ones I've made and stuck together have small jumps where I've joined them together, but not very noticeable.

Sorry to boder you again,but i was wondering could fraps record sound while recording a clip?

I don't think that Fraps can record only sound. You'd probably have to record a video clip and then use another programme to get the sound from that.

Yeah, Fraps can record sound with the clip. If you open Fraps and go to the Movies tab, there's an option there for "Record Sound". Make sure that is ticked.
