what's that, please

I can't remember what context TRL uses it, but generally I would say it means that whatever it is could be done, or be, anywhere so it might as well be there. They can't think of anywhere it would be more preferable to do it.

Some one told me maybe the "impressed" said by Zip meant

I'm not sure about it, it really means that?

Well, impress can have those two meanings, but not in that case.

From Wiktionary:

Impress (verb)

1. to affect (someone) strongly and often favourably

You impressed me with your command of Urdu.

2. to produce a vivid impression of (something)

That first view of the Eiger impressed itself on my mind.

3. to mark or stamp (something) using pressure

We impressed our foorprints in the wet cement.

4. to compel (someone) to serve in a military force

The press gang used to impress people into the Navy.

5. to seize or confiscate (property) by force

The liner was impressed as a troop carrier.

6. to make an impression, to be impressive

Henderson impressed in his first game as captain.

So in the game it would've been most like the first meaning there.
