Police in Spain have arrested a 28-year-old man in Valencia that they suspect of creating the Cabir and Commwarrior worms, which target mobile phones using the Symbiam OS. The worms were spread through MMS messages that claimed to contain erotic photos, sports information or antivirus software.

In a statement, the police said that the virus has cost handset manufactures and networks millions of Euros and that as many as 115,000 mobile phones have been struck by the virus.
