yes there is the sites I get some things from are www.Modthesims2.com you have to register but theres some really good stuff and im sure there are links to laras clothes and the old croft manor just search Lara Croft also try TheSimsResourceanother site where you have to register (free)

Tip try to filter the searches for free content and secondly which add on games you have. and thirdly what your looking for e.g. tables

oh you have the sims 1 ok (or just the sims 2) i thought you have the sims2 nether mind you can still make the Croft manor. Both sites will work for custom content

It's likely some walls or roofs are for a higher expansion pack.

For the Hot Date mansion (also needs LL and HP), go to http://simposium.co.nr/ and look under Themes.
