I can't believe this slipped under my radar. As much as I like this series, I didn't hear anything about this game. Storyline places this game just after the ending of Final Fantasy 7, three years to be exact. Main character is Vincent Valentine, the gun toting mercenary. I'm not trying to give a lot away here about the game itself, but I like what Square Enix did with this game.

Has anyone else here heard about or played this game?

I've heard about it only because I bought the DVD movie Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and in the supplements section, it showed gameplay elements from the game itself.

It was released Wednesday here and I didn't hear much of anything about it....

I can't wait on them to release the game in the UK I've been excited about it since I first heard of it. Vincent is my favourite Final Fantasy character of all time (besides Sephiroth <3). It looks great (but I would say that). I suppose it won't here (uk) until around Spring (square have a habbit of not releasing things here until ages after the american release). I'm seriously really excited about this game (if I haven't said that already). i don't know the story line because I don't want to ruin the game. Can't wait. (i know I've probably repeated myself like 6 time or something..sorry!)

It's out already! I thought it was still being developed.
