Can't access LCO

I'm using my other computer to send this messge but on my main computer when I try to access LCO I get this message.

FORBIDDEN

You don't have permission to access/forum/chat/on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Foridden error was encountered while trying to use an Error document to handle the request.

I'm puzzled why the same URL works on this computer but not my other one.

Any tips or suggestions?

    We moved to a new host and it just has to kick in all over the world as your ISP caches it's systems.

    I can see the difference already very fast and they have great tech support so next time we have a

    problem it'll be minutes and not days like before.
