Hows it going?

Personally I think both Legend and Anniversary rock, and kick ass!

Have you played them yet, what do u think?

If you havnt then you should definalty play them both, especially if your a big fan of Lara

I have completed them both (I play on PS2) and recently completed Legend 100%

But they are still great to reply over again, so yeah, I love them!

Legend I played over and over again because I loved how much it had changed (I only played that AOD and TR2) but Anniversary I think is a bit boring I dont like the AD or the way in which the levels are made (including the scenery/levels) by that I mean that I thought Legend was alot more better to explore than Anniversary. I really hate the new moves Lara has like the pole balancing thing the grapple swing is great but the pole thing is stupid. To be fair because I didn't play TR1 I really disliked the storyline I thought it was still a bit rushed compared to Legend. In Legend Lara discovered things as she went along. In Anniversary, Lara was hired to get a artifact (Which I cant see lara doing) she didnt really have a gripping story for needing the Scion. I like the test level that they did (in the extras) cause it was like a more realistic thing; Anniversary tried too hard IMO too much Action like jumping ETC thats fine for some levels like Eygpt (being old) but it got a bit boring.

I also hate Time trials they are pointless and too chalenging again because of the jumps (I hope that made sense lol)

Legend and Anniversary are both very good games. I enjoyed them both, but I personally liked Anniversary much more than Legend, and I'm hoping that TR8 is more like TR:A than TR:L. Although, if they keep the wall-running with the grapple move, I hope that they make it a lot easier to control.

Lara was hired to find artefacts in both TR1 and TR3, so it's not without precedent. In Anniversary they added in some of Lara's daddy issues to give her an extra motivation to go after the Scion. In TR1 she pretty much just accepted because she thought it would be fun Lara never has a gripping need for the artefacts she sets out to find though, really.

I completely agree with you. I have absolutely no intention of trying to complete the time trials, because rushing through every level is just so not what Tomb Raider is about to me. I've done one or two speed runs through levels in a few of the other TR games, but I get bored with it extremely quickly. Some people like that sort of thing, I'll just download a savegame to get all the rewards

It's quite good, I have to say. I only played a lil bit cus my bro doesnt allow me to play it.

In my eyes legend and anniversary are both great.

Cant stop playing it. i lovd the change of lara from the aod to the legend lara.

She looked so realistic and the locations are wonderphul.

so yeah i love them.
