Hello! I said I was going to start a new one and here I go!

Story:

After the collapse of DOATEC, the media discovered the truth behind what Victor Donovan has been doing. Donovan himself has seemed to disappear from the face of the earth, driving law enforcement out of their minds as they to piece everything together. However, a mysterious organization who has been rumored to fund some of Donovan's more inhuman experiments has been brought to light. The organization denies all such claims and even promised to help Helena, the daughter of late Fame Douglas and now chairman of DOATEC to rebuild the company and start from scratch. As word spreads of another Dead or Alive tournament, both experienced competitors and new blood ready to enter, their motivations each unique.

    erm I interested but I've never been in an RPG. how does it work? do I have to create my own character?
