Need a new AGP graphics card

My Radeon 980XT has just given out on me and I'm therefore looking for a decent value replacement AGP card. I only really play 2 games, TR Anniversary and Half Life 2 (I've just upgraded to the Orange Box edition, but have not yet had it out of the packaging). Apart from the odd freeze playing TR Anniversary, I have very little to grumble about my old card, but people on a HL2 forum have been suggesting the Radeon / Saphire X1950/512 (although one person mentioned that ATI support is not great at the moment.

Does anyone else have any further comments / recommendations (PCIe is NOT an option unfortunately)?

    I run a 6600GT nvida card and my boys play warhammer,quaker4, had no major problems.It depends how much u r willing to spend$, The 6600gt should be your starting point for nvida cardsvideo card
