I know that to unlock Master Speed Demon you have to unlock Speed Demon I, II and III. I have done all those three (not in the same play through) and they have unlocked fine, however Master Speed Demon remains locked. Any ideas??

    Try doing the speed demon challenges again. You can do them on Treasure Hunt. Good luck.
