Hello,

I downloaded the TRLE from TRC.com and it was a zip file. I got the full version. Now where do I extract it?

Please help.

    I usually just extract files to the desktop, then use the installer and specify a location to be installed from there.

    I hope that helps you. Let me know how you go with the program. I find it pretty tricky, lol.

    I extracted it and there is a file... It is odd... It says it is an image file... I clicked on it and it says what do I want to use to open it... Then there are all my programs in a list to chose from... Is there a program I should use?

    That's strange. I was expecting it to be just like the disc, lol.

    I think I know which icon you mean. White with little (I think) blue bits in it? That usually means that you don't have the program that it needs to be able to run or the computer simply can't find it.

    I'm afraid that's as much as I know on this subject, as I have TRLE on a disc. I hope someone else can help. Good luck EXP.
