How do you make a website?

    You first need a host (someone who provides a 24 hours a day/7 days a week connection). Some sites offer free webhosting, & you can use google.com to search for places that do this. Then you can either use Microsoft FrontPage, the menus available on the site you choose for a host, or software you pay for to build your site. This site, and many others, uses software that you have to buy. You can also make it using code such as HTML or CSS. For help with that, I use google to search for web building info.

    i know you can create a personal website if you wish using freewebs.com or tripod.

    other than that it would be rather difficult i think...but i may be wrong

    I don't use any programs to create my sites. I create them all by hand. Some of them look nice, and others look terrible.
