The Final Hours of Tomb Raider Episode 3: The Sound of Survival uncovers our award-winning composer, Jason Graves. Host Zachary Levi takes viewers behind-the-scenes at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) London headquarters to speak with Graves about his role in our upcoming Tomb Raider title. BAFTA previously recognized Graves’ work for Original Score and Use of Audio in Dead Space, so the setting couldn’t be more perfect.

In the feature Graves discusses the game’s soundscape and speaks to how he infused atmosphere, emotion, and authenticity into the musical score. His search to find the perfect sound for the game even lead to collaboration with sculptor Matt McConnell, who created a wholly original instrument to aid Graves in his journey.
