It's a different way of bringing back a game that so many fans have asked for. I'm not sure how I feel about that concept, but I know it's a game I'm looking forward to playing.

If there ever was a cliff hanger, boy, did Dreamfall ever take the cake for this one! I wanna know what happened to April and Zooey!

As for the concept, yeah, I'm a bit iffy on this one but it's better than nothing. I'm happy to see that there also won't be any interference by the publisher so the game will be developed just as its creator meant it to be. Hmmm 2014, yeah,,,, can't wait. The anticipation for this game is higher than the upcoming Tomb Raider I must confess.

I meant to post that earlier, but got busy with schoolwork. The graphics look great! I'm very excited about this. Maybe before it comes out, I'll replay the first two games.

As of this writing, the Kickstarter campaign page is not connecting. But based on comments left on Gametrailers.com,

Okay, I've forgotten about this until I saw a link to this game and guess what....... Dreamfall Chapters: Book 1 is now out!

I'm downloading the game from Steam as I type this.

All other games I'm playing right now will be put on hold.

8 years of waiting...8 years ago of seeing Zoe falling into a coma and April getting shot and possibly killed?...

Ok. Played a bit and solved some rudimentary puzzles as a way of slowly introducing us to the game's gameplay mechanics. No manuals so I had to experiment quite a bit with the icons onscreen.

Found out early on regarding April's fate....

Movement is your basic WASD or, if anyone has played SWKotOR, movement is also controlled with the mouse by pressing the right button to walk, and pressing the left and right buttons simultaneously to run.

That's it for now. If it were not for the fact that I have a dentist appointment first thing this morning, I'd stay up longer to continue playing, lol.. oh well.

I had all kinds of problems with it crashing or lagging on my computer. Now that there's a major patch out for it, I'm going to re-download it and try again. Time for a new computer, since this one's too slow to play it straight from Steam.
