I downloaded my copy of LCTOO from Steam. When I start playing, the single player version of the game, Lara's movements drag and hesitate, instead of displaying smoothly. Below are the System Requirements and what my computer has.

Page file: 2459MB used, 1378MB Available

According to the above information, my PC meets the requirements, so why is the game running in a sort of slow motion, and how do I correct this? If I need to adjust the video setting in the game, what should they be set to?

I also have the game on PS4, and have completed it without any problems.

I would update my graphics drivers also there has been a day 1 patch. Make sure you have it installed.

When I installed the game it automatically set the graphics settings to High, which caused a lot of lag as my PC is rather old. Go in an have a look what Preset your the graphics are set to - turning it down may help quite a bit. You can also try turning the graphics all the way down to Low, and then experimenting with turning individual settings up to see what effect that has on your frame rate. Things like anti-aliasing and ambient occlusion can be quite resource intensive, so turning them off/down can increase performance. Also, close other programs, such as web browsers or music players, if you have them running at the same time as you're playing.
