Need Help In Silent Hill 4 please!!!!

The Forth time I get into the Hole, I went into maybe the resturant where I find Tremers on the walls, I found BARTENDER'S MEMO on the bar on the small table, The memo talks about the code for the southwest door in the room. It says the code is the last 4 digits of the store's phone number. and the phone number for it can be seen on a billboard from my apartment. So I entered the PORTAL on the wall by the billiards table in the room. I must look outside my bedroom window, the right one? or the left one? the right 1 I saw nothing, but the left one maybe I can find the secret number but I can't look at the left window, because my face is not in the posion of the left window to see it through, I moved my face by looking all the things in my room to just let myself see the left window what there is but I can't, thats what it nervous me alot, please help how can I look through the left window??!!!!! please help me!!!

I beat the game where Claudia Wolf killed Vincent, and she died by a Monster and when she ate Heather's Ummm better to not speak about it it's discusting, I killed the Last boss, and the End:

Got a little jock with Douglas Cartland, she knew herself that she's Chyrl, and she went with him

Can anybody please tell me how many endings they are, and what to do to get them all???!!

Did you try looking through the living room window? Let me know if that still doesn't work.
