I've claimed my gold edition items on the Square Enix account but they are not showing up in my game. I also am not able to connect to the store in the menus it says... This content cannot be accessed at this time. Does anyone know how to access the store or if I'm doing something wrong. It also keeps telling me that my game is not linked with my account although it's showing my username and email address. I'm just confused as what to try. Thanks!!

I don't know much about the gold weapon skins, honestly did not know they existed LOL,  but I think you have to have that weapon unlocked in story to put the gold skin on it. Example being the gold shotgun. Can't use untill Lara gets the shotgun about 80% into the story.

As far as the Squeenix issues, I'm not sure.  Might be best contact them.  ?

I only found the gold edition items by accident in the real world, just happened to look at an e-mail and not delete it as junk.  The items appears promptly in the game, though, so I don't know what to suggest.

One thing that is funny is I got the gold shotgun (?) which is for downloading a mobile phone app.  I don't have a mobile 'phone at present and didn't download it elsewhere but the game gave it to me anyway.

Related to this, and in another e-mail that I think I now deleted but the content of this threat reminded me, is it right that there are challenges out there to get other gold guns?  Community challenges or something?  Did I understand that right or was it for another game?  It wasn't clear and I was too busy to look harder.

I to also dindn't really pay attention to the emails.  All the Squeenix emails have involved games that are ps4 only, and I have no ps4, so anything Square Enix I been auto deleting all year XD

 

Though the emails about Dragon Quest 11 are reeeaaalllyyy making me want sell all my xbox stuff LOL
