Yes i have got the courage to play Haunting Ground again. I started a new game so i am not so confused. Has anyone here played this game alot? Cuz i need some help. Altho i do have the book, i need help... lol... I comand Hewie to attack the creepy dude and he does but he never jumps on the guy's back. He always goes for the foot or the guy's hand... Is there a special thing i have to do? Also sometimes Hewie doesn't actually listen when the guy is chasing me... I dont have time to scold him at the time becuz i am running away does it matter if i scold him after when the guy is gone?

Here's something I know about making Hewie attack. When he's growling and then he gets down on his front legs, this is when you should command him to attack(his attack has more power when you command him to attack from that stance). Also if you can get that big guy between Fiona and Hewie and command Hewie to attack, Hewie will jump on the back of the guy and go at his neck. That usually puts him down for a while, so you can get away. I don't scold Hewie that much, especially when I have Fiona running for her life I can still get Hewie to attack and that helps a lot.

But usually I find places to hide on that first guy....he's not too bright

Second act you say....Claudia (I think that's her name) is a bit harder. You'll really have to rely on having Hewie attack her if she finds you, her weapon raises Fiona's panic level a bit faster.

I made it to act 3 in Haunting Ground.....just thought I would mention that.

Yeah hes tough. He's got a gun and one shot from it sends Fiona's panic level sky high. Also he doesn't even have to shoot it, just the fact of him having a gun makes Fiona panic more. I'll have to rent it again sometime to see if I can actually kill him.

I live in the USA....usually the video store I go to has it in, it doesn't get rented out much due to the M rating on it.
