Broallysid

I'm attempting to get back down to the copper mine. Every time I jump over to where the cart fell before, I have to drop down to the ice wall, jump to the right to fall down the chute, but I ALWAYS hit the wall, fall and die. I've tried it midway the ice wall, at the top, at the bottom, and it doesn't matter. She jumps too far, bumps the to the far right rocky edge of the chute opening, and falls to her death. I've tried so many times now, I screamed and gave up, feeling utterly stupid. Sigh... any advice from someone who has REVISITED the Copper Mine? Every walkthrough and video ONLY covers the initial entrance, where the cart falls and then she falls down the shoot automatically. None cover going back with having to drop down the ice wall and attempting to jump into the chute.
