I have all missions done except “Ancient Secrets”, in Rise of the Tomb Raider. I use PS4 for gaming. I’m 99% complete, but I’ve completed all tombs. How do I check for what I missed?

I’ve watched videos, and played the game twice and cannot figure out when/where in the geothermal valley that I can find the tossing gourds challenge. Can someone please help? I’m playing on PS4. I think you have to have a grappling hook to get to that area, but unsure. And not sure how to get to that area? 🤷🏻‍♀️
