I'm having the exact same problem, I cannot get passed the fire barrier just after the trinity road block. Using a PS4 Gamepad on PC, I press and hold L2 and then press R1 (as it should be for fire arrows?) and it's like Lara is trying to shoot an arrow without the arrow, like a blank arrow... EDIT: I just tried again with actual Keyboard controls and it worked! But now, arriving at the Pub, the voice dialog are muted for some reason, see them talking but can't hear them talking, I just hear the background audio and music playing.
