Hello everyone! Sorry I just disappeared randomly. TR3 annoyed me so much, I just quit playing. Plus school started a while ago. Once this thread finishes and if someone makes one for a game I can play, I'll rejoin.

I think I was on high security compund, but I forget. Haha! I haven't even played since the last time I posted. It was so frustrating and I'm pretty sure I have to do it all over again. Maybe eventually I'll get back to it.

HIGH SECURITY COMPOUND: reflecting upon what I learned from my last post, I think I'm going to like this level. And my new friends Well, I don't know. I'm finding this compund incredibly boring, although it's fun to let my friends beat up people for me. Like a bunch of big brothers. ARG! so I had to reload from the beginning, and when I let my bro out the guard killed him! I was like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! NOT. COOL. raa! we'll pick this up again later.

Alright guys, I made us a Tinychat room. You don't have to have a webcam to join, because there's also a chat box. You also don't have to be playing when you talk, but it would be really fun to. HAHA Hunter I love the prolonged "just joking." xD NEVADA DAY 3! So I just found the compound thingy. These bros aren't even paying attention to me. Some government we have. sigh. So there's a heavily armed woman wearing a belly shirt running around outside some thing that you're supposed to guard heavily, and you don't even notice. You think they would AT LEAST noticed a woman in a belly shirt. my word. So. These dudes aren't even armed. What kind of facility IS this?! haha, oh well. makes mine and Lara's jobs easier. One of the guys reminded me of Mr. T. I would of taken a screenshot but I'm lazy, and on a playstation. Who puts an acess card on a roof. T__T really. and why is it so huge! it's the size of a piece of paper! xD lololol! Oh my gosh. Stella. "computer technician/ pool shark" I LOVE THAT. oh my gosh. hahahahaha! Y'know. The office is really making me laugh. computer nerd paradise. complete with posters and a pool table. there needs to be empty chip bags and a box of donuts. Well then! off to the compund! I'm just messing around. so...I wake up in a cell, go to look out the window, and some guy walks in and beats me to death. IF THEY WERE GOING TO KILL ME, COULD THEY NOT HAVE DONE SO WHILE I WAS UNCONSCIOUS? gosh. on my second messing around try, I released a thug dude and he killed the agent xD I was like "HIGH FIVE BRO" but he seemed less than amused at my enthusiasm. nevertheless, we had a lovely conversation about ducks. He didn't give me a name so I'm calling him James. I released the other thugs, and they all seem nice. Isn't that great, the government officials beat me but the thugs share my interest in ducks? I think I'll form a duck appriciation club with them. I think I'll stop here and do it over tomorrow

Nevada! Day 2. I was excited to return! I'm still not past the first level, but that's okay. Hopefully I can get'er done before I have to leave to go see Insidious at me local 3-dollar theatre. I can now speedrun to the first rock ladder, but I've been having a lot of trouble making the jump. Bah. WOT! I GOT IT! YES! woohoo! now I'm in uncharted territory, so I can slow it a bit with the parkour. I think it makes a great difference if I'm outside or not O.O (whether I get really annoyed) If I feel really isolated I get really bored with a level, but out in the open is nice. This level is murder for the impatient. Fall off one ledge, do most of the level over again. This is starting to get a bit annoying. I've reloaded probably 9 times. The jumps in this level are just excrutiatingly precarious. I've made a rule for myself from here on out: Only bother with save crystals and medipacks. Cranky guy, as Stella put it, was suprisingly easy to kill. Easier than a rattlesnake. I think that's actually pretty realistic. You only have to shoot a guy once, but if I was trying to kill a rattlesnake I'd shoot it about 12 times for good measure too! Well, I'm making considerable headway but I have to go now. Back later for part three. (hopefully the last part in Nevada.)

@hunter yeah, I was messing around in Nevada earlier and I like it. I liked the level in TR2 (offshore oil rig?) where Lara doesn't have any weapons. And in TR1 when the henchmen take them. Excitement! I may go play more now. Nevada Desert! I am really liking the lack of greenery! So far I've fended for myself quite well. I'm enjoying myself now. I like Lara's pants. Of course so far I've had to start over three times, but I like speedrunning to my current spot. I have to wonder if you would actually die instantly from falling on barbed wire. I always did think Lara was a little dramatic. I know I about died when I was on that ledge and a random jet came flying out of nowhere. XD What even? It sure is easy to fall off ledges. Maybe eventually I'll stop relying on auto-grab. Lara isn't even talking to me anymore :'D Oh my gosh I think I've died 5 times and I aint even mad. As a side note, no, you cannot impale yourself on the cacti. I tried. ;D It's pretty rediculous how many times I've fallen off a ledge and had to start completely over again. This isn't a hard level, but it's just PRECARIOUS. I got to secret #2 and died again so I'm about to call it a day. At least I know how do do half the level fairly quickly now! But you're right, Hunter. It picks up after India.

That's it. I have to get these babies rolling. Even if I break out some level skippage. I stumbled halfhazardly through the later half of the level and half-drowned getting behind the waterfall, but I made it xD I got 0 of 5 secrets. ONWARD TO THE CAVES! My very first thought: "THE FUDGE IS THIS? A MAZE? IT IS ISN'T IT. DANG." but stella helped a lot. guys. this game is killing me. I hadn't saved and got killed by the boulder. FRUST. That was one graphic cutscene! Onward, to Nevada! Maybe Lara can stop by Vegas. Seems like she would like it there.

@Hunter lol I'm glued to Stella's walkthrough 24/7 xD Nope I don't mind your use of , O_O, and soforth. I tried both versions of levelskip, it worked for TR2, but not this. bleh. lol!

THE RIVER GANGES! I'm actually pretty excited about this level for some reason. It feels like it'll be fun. Let's see how it goes! You'd think Lara would get cold in the wind and the rain. Maybe she has no pain, temperature, or emotion receptors. Likely. So if there's a medipack nearby, I don't even try to find it anymore. I just walk around repeatedly pressing X until Lara finds it. These textures are killing me. So the firt time I chose a path, I chose the left one because I like the river. But I fell down the chasm and 'sploded. Of course I hadn't saved, so the next time I chose the right path and liked it more. I'm interested to read which paths you all took, or if you chose to take both of them. THIS GAME IS SO BORING AND FRUSTERATING. ASDFGHJKL. I can't do this anymore for now. Oh my gosh. I seriously am about to shoot this TV. HAHAHA! Bye.

Temple Ruins Part 2! I'm BAAAAACK! With good news. I made it past the spike wall on my first try. I lost a boatload of health, but I made it. I was like HAHA SPIKE WALL, U MAD?! http://media.photobucket.com/image/u%20mad%20gif/rinoa01/8edee2e6_a08c_c444.gif?o=4 So then I went about my business and got pancaked by the boulder trap. I had to do the spikes again, but luckily, got past them easily the second try. Then I made sure I saved. Now for the rest of the level! Heehee! The door hit lara on the way out xD I thought that was more funny than it actually was I really hate the lack of save crystals. The temple ruins design reminds me of the first few levels of TR1. Felt like home, because I'm an accomplished speedrunner through those levels. Especially Caves. ooooooooof course I would fall to my death. Of course. I shoulda filmed that. Lara: "CAITY. AUTO GRAB DOES NOT WORK. BE SMART PLEASE." Me: "OKAY! *runs her off the cliff a couple more times*" FALLING ROCKS, Y U NO AVOID MEH? Medipacks are getting harder to recognize, and the monkeys are getting more malicious. SO guys, I have an idea. I'm one of the vice-presidents of another fanclub, and we have a tinychat room. You don't have to have a webcam, though you CAN video chat, and it's free and safe. I thought if any of you guys were interested I would make one and we could talk WHILE playing. I think it sounds pretty fun, I really enjoy doing it. So yeah. Anyway: You guys have no idea how many times I fell off those ledges just to have the cobra knock me off of it. SO FRUST. DIE COBRA. It's safe to say the spiked ceiling scared the crap out of me. I was like "GOGOGOGOGOGOGOGOGOGOGOOGO" ahahha! hmmm... @Stella how many times do you die trying to find all the secrets, shortcuts, and ways to do everything? I think I may have only accidently found like 2 secrets in my entire 6 years of raiding so far. haha! I'm so stupid. It took me like 5 minutes to figure out what a scimitar was when there was CLEARLY a shiny golden sword on the ground. hahaha!!! I felt pretty bad about Randy and Rory. Still, they must have been pretty bada__ to have made it THAT far. Not sure how they got past the other 3 statues, though. Um. I just noticed the giant hole in the floating dude. .___. ew. yeowch. Lara got spiked like a volleyball. After having completed this level, I'm SO GLAD IM DONE WITH IT.

Exactly. I stopped trying to get the first key. I'm trying to make myself get down there and try it again but I may end up shooting the tv.

Level 2: Temple ruins pt1 I can tell It's gonna be a great level is Stella mentions a shortcut at the very beginning XD I don't care about secrets or kills, I'm a bit of a speedrunner. Once I know how to get past a level, I go back and see how fast I can get through it. That cobra scared the heck out of me. Is it just me, or is Lara skinnier in this game? O.o She's a toothpick! THE MONKEY ATTACKED ME! WHY!? I think one of them saw me shoot his friend for the Indra key and told the rest of the clan. So....everything's trying to kill me again. Lara has no problem shooting everything that moves..she makes fun of me for being a sissy. When I saw the first Shiva-thingy I was like "OHHH MAAA GOOSSHHH am I gonna have to fight that?!" so I go to the next room, confident they weren't coming to life right away. My face in the next room: O_______O "RUNNNNNNN!! GTFO LARA!!!" and she was like "PSH." So she pulled out her shotgun and made swiss cheese out of it. After being unsucessful at avoiding the spikes and getting that key numerous times, I'm frusterated. So I'll do the last part of the level later and post my findings

@Jessica: When my dad told me they were called fags I was like "LOLWUT?!" I think it's pretty funny. And yeah, that guy's suitcase was interesting. Maybe he was the terminator...good luck getting through airport security. That reminds me, I wonder how the TSA would react to Lara.. @Hunter: The monkey lunged at you? O.o I had to shoot it to get the key. Me no gusta. hahaha yeah I don't have a problem killing the t-rexeses...I imagine the people of Vilcabamba worshipped it or sacrificed people to it in TR1. I always imagined that..

Level 1: Jungle I'm on my laptop so I can type as I'm playing. Hardcore. Man. I really missed these amazing graphics XD At first, I just messed around on the slope, discovering the spikes early on. Then I discovered the quicksand. Then I read Stella's shortcut, and had no luck with the tricky jump X) I really like the monkeys. I'm used to everything trying to kill me, so it was great that the monkeys were pacifists. I named all of them I really hate killing tigers! I wish they were as nice as the monkeys. The animal conservationalist in me has trouble shooting many things in this game that are sometimes endangered in the real world XD I'm always like "SORRYTIGER" Except the T-rex. Those things went extinct for a reason. And the spiders in TR2. .....I hate spiders. After killing a tiger, there was still blood splattering like I was shooting it. I immediately thought of charlie sheen. That guy is a bigger legend now than he ever would have been if he were to of stayed relatively sane. OH. MY. GOSH. I FORGOT TO SAVE THE GAME OR SOMETHING AND I DIED ON THE SPIKES AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HOLLOW LOG. NOOOO. I tried to use level skip, but it didn't work. I tried the tricky jump again, it didn't work. So I re-did it. RAWR. I was reminded the hard way that auto-grab hadn't been invented yet. I accidently shot a monkey, THEN it tried to kill me. So I put it out of it's misery. Ah, nothing like getting pancaked by a boulder. The monkey tripped me. These things are starting to show their true, malicious intentions. -____- I love how shiny the save crystlas are. So when I got to the Indra Key, I ended up having to kill the monkey to get it. hahaha I love the dude at the end of the level I can't take good screenshots, I use PS2. And somehow I lost some pictures I took of the blonde dude at the end. But the one I have illustrates the natural look of the trees, and how they're so boxy. XD

YES! I just bought TR3 today, so this will be my first time playing it! I'm excited. I really missed these group plays )) bring it ON! Oh man. I remember you all XD this is awesome. awesomeawesomeawesome. P.S. Say hello to Nyan-Lara!

I played some Legend today, it was fun. as usual. the conversations between me, lara, alister, zip, and sometimes even winston, reached some awkward points. THEN I plugged in Underworld and argued with natla and amanda, and wished lara would have just killed amanda. you know she'll never give it a rest! *sigh* the one time lara DOESN'T shoot everything that moves.

Alright! I'm back on track. LIVING QUARTERS OBS: 1: since I was not playing for about 5 days, I had forgotten that I needed to save often. 2: The level was extremely boring. 3: when I flooded the burner room, the dead guys were gone. darn, I was hoping to see them. 4: that eel scared the LIVING *CRAP* OUT OF ME. it ate me..twice... 5: I argue with lara, me and lara argue with the thugs. there's tons of arguing going on in my basement. 6: does anyone notice the noise lara makes when thugs are hitting her with wrenches and clubs? yeah, me too. 7: the passenger area was creepy.. 8: the angled floor in the passenger area made me dizzy 9: those ugly puke-colored chairs match the opera house carpet! plus they're HUGE. AGAIN. 10: almost no thugs had anything..poor saps. 11: I was messing around on the deck and jumped off the railing thinking I'd land in the water... "WTF THERE'S NO SEA ON THE SEAFLOOR!!!!" ...wha-? did spongebob suck it all up with a straw? my stats! he needed a nap @mute2conversations lara has a permanent pout, I think! @mute2conversations hahaha!! I haven't gotten to the monk levels yet but I can't wait to let them kill lara multiple times yeah me and lara argue all the time..I'm suprised she don't come out of my TV at night and shoot me.
