Hey everyone!

I need some help with a level... I am not stuck on a level but the thing is there is a level i am hoping to be in TRA but i cant remember the name... All i remember is that you are in a place that is almost like a castle and the majority is underwater but there are some platforms above the water level that you jumped on to get to a small room that a person was in to kill... I do not kno for sure if it was peirre but it may have been. Thats all i can remember... Does anyone kno what level this is?

I'm also really hoping to see that level in the Anniversary Edition. I'm not sure why though, since it drove me completely nuts the first time I did it, and the swimming bits in TR:L drove me up the wall.

You can make it more flooded The whole level puzzle is basically built around on flooding/not flooding the room on the correct times so you can reach certains keys! That's how I remember it anyway =P

Oh yeah, you can flood it right up to the platform that Lara is standing on there. It's most amusing to flood the room, kill the crocodiles, and then let all the water out again. It makes the crocodiles float in the air!

Hahahah I never did that when I played TR1. God, I think I will have so much fun. I only played the game once, when I bought it back in 97/98. Never did it again (I tryed replaying it a year ago but stopped when Egypt levels began and I got stuck). I only played a lotthe first levels and love them! The end of the game is kinda weird and spooky to me :|

I killed them and let the water out, they floated in the air, and the game froze. So i just killed them while they were in the small pool. But the Cistern is one of the levels i would really like to see. Are they going to be keeping the name of the original levels in TR1 in TRA.

Woot! Hoping that the level is in TRA! Yay! Also Shrensh you said that the swimming in TRL was difficult? How come? Once you get the hang of it it is pretty easy. One button goes down(xbox it is B') another goes up(A) and another speeds up going forward, (Y) What i liked was that you rarely had to use the analoge stick when swiming. I remember in TR2 having troubles swiming as up was down and down was up or something like that... So yes now i am just rambling... LOL

I was so used to swimming in the other TR games that I couldn't get the hang of the swimming bits the first time through. The separate keys for up and down confused the heck out of me. I kept trying to use the back and forward keys, or pulling the mouse back or pushing it forward to make Lara go up or down.

The second time I did the swimming bits I found it much easier (probably because I was more relaxed; I do tend to stress ever so slightly when playing computer games) so I probably won't have a problem with swimming bits in the Anniversary Edition.

Oh ya the first time i played TRL that one part in Peru where you swim in the tunnel and go up and down and all around... Ya that was a little aggrivating but once you get it it is much easier... LOL

I thought the swiming was a bit frustrating first. Actually, all controls were. But thats because we were so used to the other games before. I cant play the other TRs anymore because I suck at controls. I always get shot because i tend to press "action" as son as bad guys appears and forget you have to get the guns out of the holster (sp?) first :|

Legend was hard swimming at first. I didn't know what to do and poor Lara drowned

Now the reason I want the Cistern to be in there is because it will look so much better with the new graphics and I can't wait to see the Crocs in the new graphics. Another reason is because I think with the new graphics, it will look more scary than the first one and it will be more challenging.

The Cistren was a fantastic level, it'll be a crime if they didn't include it in TRA. I loved how Pierre stalked you and ambushed you when you didn't expected it, then you'd shoot him a few times and he would magically disappear...He must be just as good as Lara when it comes to exploring, Which is pretty impressive I reckon.

The level after the Cistern was awesome, when you finally kill him in the temple or tomb as that level was called 'Tomb of Tihocan'. I love the line he says before he starts shooting... "A little late for the prize taken, no?... Still it is the taken part that counts". It was such a cheesey french accent as well, but it scared the crap outta me the first time because it suddenly broke the silence unexpectedly, lol. Ah, I can't wait for TRA !!!
