Tiara walked towards the pool. She wore a pink dress(look at sig). Her top was almost bikini like where as the bottom piece flowed into a pink skirt. Tiara then set foot on the patio. She took a deep breath as she became calm. She tied her hair in a loose bun as she walked beside the pool. The sun sined atop Tiara. Suddenly, the island shook again. "AAaahh!" Tiara yelped as she almost fell to her knees but caught herself. She then felt it again... And again... And again! Then it stopped. Tiara looked around. She then saw an object in the distance. "What the...?" The object then gained speed and rushed in Tiara's direction. Tiara looked up and her heart raced. "Oh my god!" She turned around and ran as fast as she could, tripping over her skirt. She suddenly felt a piercing energy smash against her back. Tiara flew over the bar and then into the pool. She opened her eyes as she sank to the bottom to see nothing but flames and explosions from above. Her hair unravled loose as she rushed to the surface. "Catapolts?" Tiara screamed as she tried getting out of the pool. She continued to trip as her feet got tangled in her skirt that was soaked. She finally climbed out and ran down the patio. She felt another piercing bolt smashed against Tiara throwing her to the ground. Another hit her again. Tiara flipped to her feet before landing. Tiara raced down the beach towards her mansion. Bombs exploded behind her as she stumbled to the ground and then back to her feet. She rushed up the stone stairs up to her home. She turned around to see the pool place in flames and torn apart. Tiara turned around and rushed to the front door. "Locked?!! Who The **** locked it?!!" Tiara saw another bomb in the distance coming towards her. Tiara quickly took off her high heel and smashed it against the window that lead to her living room. The glass cluttered to the ground with an echoing noise. Tiara threw her shoe in and ove in before a bomb exploded behind her. Tiara rolled on the ground as she got to her feet. She rushed through her house and down a long hallway as the windows shattered behind her. Her heart beated faster and faster. She smashed her body into the door at the end making it open quickly. She was so close. Once she ran through the door she saw a bad thing. "NO!!!" Tiara yelped as she realized that the path she needed to follow was bombed and there was a big gap between her and the place. "HOw? How am I going to?" Suddenly, a burst of energy threw Tiara across. Tiara landed on the ground on her stomach with a loud thud. "Ugh!" Tiara screeched as she regained focus. She leaped to her feet and ran into the next room. She dove into the water tunnel and followed it. She came to the end in a room and waited there for the bombing to stop.

"Mother....this says 'Help Defend Earthrealm'"

"Yes, it does" Mileena replied.

"But, I've always lived here, in Outworld"

She nodded "Alright".

Kristanna left Outworld and made her way to the temple in which Raiden lived. Why would he want her to help? She was alligned with evil.

Sindel quickly turned around "Kitana? Hmph" Sindel looked back at Raiden "You should have mentioned that there would be more company" Sindel said with an evil smile. "Kitana...dear, I will be up at the temples top to do some practicing" Sindel goes up and practices:

Tiara soon heard the bombing stop. She a gave a deep sigh and got to her feet. She dove back into the tunnel full of water and followed her footsteps back. When she came to the deep gap she walked back and rushed to the ledge. When the timing was right she leaped into the air into a flip. She soon landed and continued on her way. She soon found herself back in the living room. er high heels gave a clicking sound at every step that was taken. She walked over to the window she smashed in. She looked outside. It was horrible. The sky was dark and red. The sand was almost black instead or a tan brown and everything was in flames. Tiara's eyes watered. She then saw her mother laying on the ground huffing and puffing. "Mother!" Tiara screamed as she ran over to her mother's side. She held her mother's hand trying to keep the tears from draining.

"T-T-Tiara..."

"Mother!"

Her mother swallowed hard. "I am sorry that this happened..."

"W-What are you talking about?"

"I am sorry... I should have told you..."

"Mother?"

"I-It's him... Raidow"

"Who..?"

Her mother pointed into the distance.

Tiara looked behind her. She quickly saw another bomb coming her way. "Mother! Get up!" But it was too late the bomb hit her mother and the energy blew Tiara to a distance on her back. She got to a sitting position screaming "NOooo!!!" She ran over to her mother's corpse. Tears rushed down her cheeks.

"I am sorry... Ha ha ha ha..."

Tiara looked around to see a man covered in black cloth. "W-Who are you?" Tiara asked.

"Ha ha ha... Raidow"

"You murderer!" Tiara screamed throwing a punch to the man's face.

Raidow grabbed her hand and threw her to the ground.

Tiara landed on her stomach. Seconds later Tiara leaped in the air kicking Raidow before landing.

Raidow stumbled backward but regained his balance. He gave a mean glare to Tiara and smashed the back of his hand across her face. Tiara fell to her stomach.

Raidow then dissappeared.

Hours later Tiara awoke with a jerk. She rushed to her feet and looked at her mother's corpse. "Mother?" She asked aloud as she realized that she was not there. The only thing should think of is avenging her mother and to kill Raidow. Tiara rushed into her house and into her room or what was left of it. She soon found the case that was not destroyed. "Oh thank god!" Tiara gave a sigh of relief. She opened it and grabbed her sais and her other assesories. "I will avenge you Mother..."

Sindel had recieved the notice and searched for Raiden. Sindel saw Raiden looking the opposite way and she slowly walked towards him. "My, my well if it isn't Raiden, long time no see"

"And you Sindel," said Raiden, looking over his shoulders at her, "You have changed much since I last saw you," he said.

He turned around and faced her square on, looking into her face.

"We must wait a while longer," he said.

Kitana walked to the temple entrance and stopped. Standing there were Sindel and Raiden. She ut her hands on her hips and smirked.

''Long time no talk Raiden.''she said smiling. ''Hey, mom.''

"Kitana, just who I wished to see, but no is not the time for introductions, Earthrealm is in peril once more. I will speak with you and the others, once they arrive tonight, during dinner, then you will know."

Then, without a warning, Raiden burst into a bright blaze of lightening and disappeared. Knowing that all, or some, of the fighters would be up to fighting the evil that was once again brewing in Outworld, he had high hopes, knowing that they would win.

Kristanna stood at the entrance to Raiden's temple. It was quite beautiful.

She made her way up the stone steps and through the doors.

"Hm. No one is sight" she whispered to herself as she walked further into the temple.

Sindel was finished with her training. "I need something to wear for Raiden's Diner ceremony" Sindel kept on walking towards her room in the temple and her eyes widen opened as she saw someone standing by the temples doors. "Oh that Raiden...where is he? I guess I could give her a welcome greeting" Sindel walked towards the woman "Well, well, now who might you be?" Sindel asked as she walked around the mysterious woman. "Oh thats right, you must be one of Raiden's guests aswell, you know..." Sindel continued without letting the woman speak "...there is going to be a diner ceremony and I was just on my way into the temple to find something to wear and I see that you might need something else to wear aswell care to join? Oh and by the way the name is Sindel" Sindel looked around the temples closet "Oh Perfect!" I shall start getting ready.

"Sindel? Where have I heard that name before?" Kristanna thought to herself as she listened to the woman standing before her "Of course. She's my Grandmother...sort of. Best to keep that information to myself for now".

She followed Sindel to a large closet in the temple and began looking at the different dresses in the cupboard.

Raiden had gone into the main hall where the dinner would take place. He had set up a pre-tournament test to see if the fighters would be up to defending Earthrealm. But for now, as everyone got ready, one person was still missing, and hoping that they would arrive soon, began to practice his fighting skills.

Just then, he looked up and saw Sindel and Kristanna walking on the second floor, above five stories high. They entered into a room not even noticing him.

Kitana was sitting in a chair in her room playing around with her hands thinking of what to wear to dinner. She had brought a few options, but it was hard cuz she had brought her three favorites. It took a while, but she finally got up and decided on the less reveiling one. It was a black halter with a navy blue bow on the waist with the bow showing on the back. The dress was a right behind the knee because she liked her legs so she didn't cover them all. She wore little saphire earring to match her bow and walked downstairs.

As the sun set, a gong sounded from somewhere in the temple, sounding dinner.

Kristanna heard the gong and left her room. She headed down the stairs and then went into the dining hall, where she spotted Raiden.

"Raiden" she nodded to him "How are you?"

"I would be much better if Earthrealm were not in peril once more," replied Raiden.

As the people filed into the room, they took there seats. Nearly 500 people had shown up, to prove their skills in the tournament. As people sat down, food was beginning to come into the room, and people began to eat from a variety of foods from all over the world and from all the realms, Outworld, Edenia, Netherrealm, Chaosrealm, and others.

Tiara soon found herself infront of a temple. "This must be it," She said to herself as she opened the doors. Before she had come she didn't even change. Her bronzed hair was still loose, her pinkish dress was still around her body. All that was different was that she held a pair of sais. She suddenly heard a gong... GONG! it pierced through her ears. Once it was silent she rushed into the shadows as piles of people passed by. Huh... I guess I dressed perfectly for this, Tiara thought as placed her sais under her skirt, through the ropes that wrapped around her legs that where attached to her high heels. ((OOC: wow that was really hard to type... BIC)) She looked down at her legs to make sure that her weapons were unable to be seen. Before she followed the others she touched the necklace that was around her neck. Actually it was a weapon also. One that could slice through almost anything if used right. Tiara took a deep breath before entering.

Kristanna had taken a seat next to Raiden. She looked at the food. It all looked nice but she would only trust food from Earthrealm and Outworld, so that's what she ate.

She still had her weapons with her. The dress she was wearing allowed her two pistols and two sais to be hidden. The pistols were strapped around her legs as usual, but she had slipped the sais into her boots. She knew this wouldn't be just a friendly meal.

"So...Raiden. What's happening after the meal?" she questioned.

"I'm all ready" Sindel said as she camse out of the temples dressing room looking at Kristanna then she paused for a second "My, my you seem to have good taste after all" Sindel said looking at her dress. "We must go hurry now dear for I hear the gong" Sindel walked along woth Kristanna. As Sindel entered the room she ordered a Martini along with some Vodka and admired the room " Wow Raiden, I must say everything looks so perfect as always Cheers?" Sindel says to Raiden while taking a sip of her Martini looking at Raiden's eyes. "My, my, Kitana you look fabulous" Sindel then looked around the room for bit before taking her seat and saw a woman standing by the door taking a deep breath in. "Well hello there, now who do we have here?" Sindel questioned the woman. "I'm Sindel by the way and it seems like everone is waitting, we shall go take a seat now".

Kitana was just about to cut the Edenian pie when she saw Sindel walk in.

''Oh...''Kitana looked down at her dress and smiled. ''Thank you.''she said, and then ate her piece of pie.

So...Raiden. What's happening after the meal?

''Yes, do tell us. That's just what was on my mind.''

Even though Sindel and Kitana had asked what was happening after the meal, he kept a silent tounge. There were fifty to seventy fighters in the room, and all were beggining to look at him.

Raiden rose from his seat and looked around the room.

"I bet you all are wondering why I have called you. The reason, Earthrealm is in peril once more. Centuries ago, Shao Khan took over the throne of Outworld when Onaga had left for no reason at all. Since then, Shao Khan has been taking over the realms at a rapid pace, and the Elder Gods, established the Mortal Kombat tournament, where Earthrealm had a chance to defend themselves. Every generation, Earthrealm has succeeded in protecting Earthrealm. Are recent champion, Liu Kang, has mysteriously vanished. The last Mortal Kombat tournament was only won a few months ago when Liu Kang defeated Shao Khan. but now we have an even greater threat, the Dragon King Onaga has returned and wants Earthrealm for his own. He has agreed to the tournament rules, but I fear that Shao Khan and Shang Tsung have also returned and wish to defeat Onaga. We are here to stop them all, and to do this, the tournament will begin tomorrow night. You will find in your rooms a sheet of paper that will hold your first opponent. Good night to you all"

After Raiden had finished talking, Kristanna stood up.

"Good Night" she said quickly before leaving the room.

She headed back up the stairs and went into her room. She walked over to the desk next to the bed and picked up the paper.

She was fighting in the second round, against Jade. The name underneath caught her eye, and...the one under that. Her parents were here aswell.

"I have a seriously messed up family" she said to herself before putting the paper back down and standing up. She walked onto the balcony and looked down at the gardens.

This should be interesting. and then she quickly walked upstairs to her room after simply waving goodbye to Raiden. She needed to rest, but she would wake-up early for a bit of training.

Tiara got up from her seat and walked up to her room. She gripped the knob and tried to take a deep breath, but her mother's death continued to show in her mind. But did she really die? Or was she teleprted with that Raidow guy? Tiara opened the door and closed it behind her. She slid her back down the door and fell to her butt. She sighed and wondered what she was going to do? Where was her mother? Tiara then noticed a note on her desk. She walked over to it. She opened it up to see her opponent. "Great... Just great..."

Round One: Kitana vs. Baraka

As the sun rose above the water, Raiden was visited by one of the Elder Gods.

"Raiden, the time has come for you to choose your successer, for you have protected Earthrealm for centuries, now it is time to take your place among the Elder Gods. Choose your successer carefully," they said.

Raiden continued to walk down the beach and looked back at the temple. The sound of a gong rang through the air.

Raiden took his seat upon the stage area where Shang Tsung and Shao Khan sat.

"The Mortal Kombat begin," Raiden, Shao Khan, and Shang Tsung said all together.
