This is one of the few new games I'm excited about, it looks fantastic! And I've heard the soundtrack is composed by Jesper Kyd- he also made the music for all the Hitman games and Splinter Cell!

sounds good! i have watched some more trailers and i just know i really will enjoy this game... i mean look at all the stuff you can do!

i really love the freedom that games have nowa days, for example using almost everything in the surroundings to get your mission done.

Well, I double-checked the release date at my local store and their computer system has now updated the game's release to September! Cool! They're even accepting pre-orders too!

FYI: PC version, Assassin's Creed: The Director's Cut Edition has been out since May 8 and I picked up my copy yesterday.

I am also excited for this game, its so nice, i watched many trailers and game-play videos, i am waiting to try the demo, if my PC could handle it, then i will buy/download the original version.

I just looked at the PC version in Best Buy yesterday. It's $50, so I'm going to wait a couple of weeks til I have a coupon. Or until it's on sale. I tried the PS3 version at a friend's house, and loved it, so I'm looking forward to playing!

I own it on the XBOX 360, it can be a little repetitive but the graphics and gameplay are awesome and I am currently trying to collect every flag in Kingdom.

This game is incredible! I started playing it last week, and I'm midway through Memory Block 5. The graphics are stunning, the gameplay is amazing, and the storyline is really good for a videogame. I agree that it does get a bit repetitive after a while, but that somehow doesn't stop it from being really fun. I may take a break from it since I just started playing TR1, but I may end up playing them both at the same time (well... not at the same time, but you get what I mean), because AC is just so, so good. A must have.

Glad to hear you guys liked the game. Ok so I started the game couple months ago but then stopped playing it because of work and other little things that got in the way including other games ... So I started new last night and so far I found 17/20 Flags in Masyaf and I'm in the part where I have to follow the basket weaver in "Low Profile" to snatch the letter from him.

Are you playing on the XBox 360? Because if not, don't bother with any of the flags throughout the game, unless you want to use them as quick save spots. Collecting them on the PS3 and PC versions will do absolutely nothing.
