I heard that tr8 is only supposed to be on next gen systems which I dont have and my parents wont get them for me they say I should get a job after I get my drivers lisence next week but I really dont feel like it. so it would be nice to know what systems they are supposed to be on.

Hopefully it will be like Legend where you can play it with or without the next-gen mode. I love the look of next gen but don't have the right set up on my puter for it yet and am really not in a rush for it yet. I would like to get the next gen at my own timing,not just to be able to play the next game.

i saw on wikipedia it was supposed to come out on xbox 360, ps 3 and pc.

Well let's take on the keeping with the Jone's factor and say PS3 Xbox 360 and Wii again and if ps2 sales are still profitable maybe

but I wouldn't bet the ranch on it this time around. I think the specs for a decent performance will be a dual core 1.8 or better

with 256 but 512 preferred video ram and a lot of disk space maybe over 10 gig or more this time around. The cinematics will

probably be more intense as everything across the board will be so 10 gig is a borderline and I'm thinking 2 DVD's install minimum.

Will run on Vista and XP and if you have one of those built in video cards sucking off all your resources forget about it.

Laptops are getting pretty fast and some of the higher end ones will probably play on it without some bells and whistles.

I think we might even see a gig of video ram and quad 4 on this one as an optimal figure if of course we are keeping with the Jone's .

This is all speculation of course but I think my figures are realistic.

First just wanted to say that I love the new skin... OOOO Christmas is on its way.

Okay back on topic. It would be nice to have it on all systems but i dont think that is going to happen. I believe even though i do have a 360, that TR8 should be on atleast the ps2 in the older consoles. I do agree that these next gen consoles are pretty expensive.

i´m thinking about to buy a ps3 but i still like my ps2 :S

ps3's are so so so expensive but tomb raider would be worth it I would have to sell my ps1,ps2, and all my old video games i never play, and my guenie pig and I still wont have enough to buy a ps3(maybe i should get a job and cut down on precious precious shopping???)

Well now it has been declared for Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. Although, i am surprised there is no Wii version mentioned there, unless the Wii version will be released at a later day due to it not having the superior components the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 has.

Erm for those who are quite put off by the price of the Playstation 3. SCEI announced that they would be implementing new designs for the Playstation 3 to lower the market price in the upcoming two years.
