I just saw THIS in my local store for just 19,90€. Has anyone got it? What I'd like to know is if it contains TRI-III Gold levels as well? (Mobygames says it does, didn't find the same info on any other page).

Tomb Raider 3 will not work at all! In all Tomb Raider there is no FMVS

I advice you to dont buy it because it will also break some files of your computer I dont know why!!

I bought it for the first time and it happened to me, I always formated my computer for the virus and I bought it again because I thought the c.d had caught a virus but no, all the copy of Collection have a program that makes your computer SICK!!

Raider Man, are you sure that's a legitimate copy of the collection you bought? There's no way a genuine copy of the game would have a virus, and I've heard of game pirates removing FMV sequences to save disc space. Were the games all packed onto only one CD?

An original game will always have the FMVs. The first time I played the TR games, they were not original, didn't have the FMVs and were likely to have virus (fortunately they didn't)! So, buying an original CD will definitely be ok!

Well! I never buy the copy its not ALOUD!!

But first I've got the C.d I got the copy from someone since I dont have an ability to buy and it did something bad to my computer, it work without c.d but No FMVs at all, TR3 cant work at all, Tomb Raider 4 no save data, and in all TR no music, but when I finally got the original one when formated the computer, it exactly did the same to me!

So that what happened!

I get copy games in PS2 but not the one I love like TR and Silent Hill! All the TR I got them for PC are original so the collection fort he second time I got is original and thats it!!

The no FMVs or music and the games working without the CD makes it sound like a pirated copy of the game though. I've come people with the same problem a couple of times, and they didn't know that their games weren't the original CDs. Game pirates can make it so that the games look completely legitimate until you take them home and you find that they don't work properly.

Looks like a bargain to me!

I'd definitely go for it; it does say it comes with TR Gold and TR2 Gold, so it should do and if you discover it doesn't, just contact the website and I'm sure they'll refund you some money or give you a free gift or something...or send you the Gold copies.

As for no FMVs...that sounds rather unlikely in a game like TR as FMVs are so intrical to developing the story unless, of course, it is pirated. Also, this collection comes in 7 disks, so there should be no problem storing the FMVs.

The only other problem I can think of with Raider Mans discs is that, yes, they are either pirated, or you've got an XP computer and haven't downloaded the XP patches for the games. I know that in TR: The Last Revelation that if you don't download the XP patch, the savegames do not stick.

But yes, to answer your original question Pahkasika, buy it, seems like a steal to me.

Well I finally bought it. Looks like there are no Gold levels, but it's a nice collection anyway (+ of course I had only TRI&II for PC previously, and II-V for PSX). And it definitely looks good on my shelf
