when Andrea right click on a video on her laptop and left click on open with

there is a list of programs under there

how do we delete 2 video players from that list that are no longer on the laptop?

    What OS is on Andrea's laptop? I am not sure how you would go about deleting things from that list. But there should be an option there, if you have a video player already installed then you should be able to choose "Only use this program for these files" or something like that. Then you won't have to see that list.
