Hallo,

Lara healed herself inside the helicopter wreck but needs medication. Couldn't get hold of those as she is unable to climb. Got passed the first row of enemies but even thow Lara now has the ability to shot fire arrows I always die trying to kill all these men coming through the next wave. Anybody with a hint how to kill them all? I know that the barrels explode, but still some men survive and get close. To close and Lara dies again.

When the men get close to you, use the roll/evade button when they try to hit you to dodge them. Also, you can try pulling out a gun and shooting them in the legs as that'll stun them, and depending on what combat skills you've chosen while upgrading that'll let you pull off finishing moves to kill them.

Thanks for your fast hints. Well, I guess I should have improved Laras combat skills more then the others. Hope I can get her through this alive ;-).

I found an area under the building just to the right of the first men you have to shoot that you can (hopefully) run into and hide in then slowly pick off the bad guys one by one. It is just to the right of the stairs you can see.

It took me quite a long time, and a lot of times and a lot of patience to finally get it where you have killed all of them.

It's worth it because there is a lot around that area to pick up.
