15 years ago on November 22nd, 1999, Tomb Raider Last Revelation was released for the Sony Playstation 1.

I am still looking for the answer to the same question I had when I finished playing TRLR 15 years ago.

What happened to Lara at the end?

How did she survive being trapped in the Temple of Horus to reappear later in Tomb Raider Angel Of Darkness?

She was saved by a Shaman. It was to be a character in the game but was cut out do to time constraints.

I think she says it in one of the trailers. Originally Core Design wanted that to be the last game but

they were convinced to make another after and that led to Chronicles.

I don't remember seeing that trailer... oh well...

But from the end cut scene in TRLR it looked like she was buried alive and seriously injured.

It would had taken a lot of manpower and machinery to dig through all the rubble to get to her while she was still alive.
