How do you celebrate your birthday in the 3 years out of every 4 years there is not a 29th day in February?

For example if you were born on February 29th, 2016, there will not be a 29th day in February in 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Does this means on February 29th, 2020, you will only be 2 years old?
