Hello, I am at part where in the mountain village, I have to shoot the arrow to rope the next part. I kept doing that but no luck, it won’t even hit the white thingy to connect even so had red mark on it. I even use gun to aim because I read of tip in other topic situation. No luck. I am trying to get to top of mountain to find Captain Jessup with blue smoke up in the air. 
does anyone have solution to help me out?

Hi again. Which system are you playing on? Just to recap the rope arrow mechanic, you equip the bow, aim at the rope-wrapped thing, and the targeting reticle should turn red with 3 little lines centered around a small dot. Then you press Alt Fire (R2 in the regular PlayStation game, R1 in the Definitive Edition, or RB on Xbox) or Space on keyboard to fire a rope arrow. Thanks for your help! I was using ps4 controller. I had figured it out, it took me a while. Like you say, had to use R1 or R2 to charge the arrow to finally make a rope to connect. Just getting the hang of it. Thanks again for your help! Appreciate it!! I did tried to show photo but kept saying it’s too large on my question post. 

On PS4Tomb Raider Definitive Edition , @ hours into the game, when Lara reaches the helicopter to get medical supplies for her wounds, she has to first shoot at the ropes on the copter to open the back ramp. I am not able to that, has anyone had that problem where you shoot an arrow into the rope and nothing happens? And if so how can I correct it?

I've made it to this part where I obtained the rope arrows. And now it's like I don't have any left? Anyone know what happened, do you actually run out of the rope arrows or is there something I'm missing 🤔
