i shouldnt have to download anything. videos streamed fine in IE and Avant but those browsers kept locking up on me. Firefox should come preset to handle streaming videos without the end user getting frustrated trying to figure out what codec and plug ins to download and install. That's it!! I'm done!! thanks anyway!!

i can view flash videos now, I still cannot view embedded windows media videos. I get sound but no picture!! I am about to junk this whole computer business!! Windows sucks! IE sucks! Avant sucks! Firefox doesn't work either!! It should come preinstalled with everything like the other browsers!! This is BS!! I googled for it and I can't find it!!

now it wont let me view embedded window media videos and flash videos which is the first reason I left IE to start with!! It's asking me to DL Flash 9 which I already have on my PC!!

I cannot get Firefox to show the Tabs on the windows. Whenever I click on a new link in a browser, it opens a new window but it's not showing any tabs on top of windows previously opened. I have to minimize the window to the desktop and open an already viewed webpage from the bottom of the desktop. Firefox sucks compared to Avant. It looks plain and cheap!!

Microsoft still sucks no matter how many times you update it. Ever since an update 2 months ago, all embedded video in a website opens with the pop up button that says click on active x control. They used to autoplay within the browser window without you needing to click on it. Sometime if you don't click it right away, it freezes the browser. Or if I have multiple browser windows open and I minimize one to maximize another, it ends up closing all the webpages I was viewing. Or if I'm in a webpage and I Right Click on a Hyperlink within that page to open it in a new window, it closes all the webpages and I have to reopen everything. I switched to Avant Browser version 10.2 but every now and then, I get a Windows error message saying Avant is causing a system instability and must shut down. So whether I use IE or Avant; I am having problems!!
