Definately not! Number 4 was disaster enough!! aliens 1 and 2 are the only decent films in this series.

We saw POTC3 on Friday - we all loved it except for the wacky parts with 'mini' Jack Sparrows on his shoulder and the many Jack Sparrows on the ship - I think they tried to be funny with that, but it fell flat imo - other than that, an absolute joy!

We have hundreds of DVDs in our house, but, for some reason, whenever there's nothing on the TV, we always end up putting the loveable big green ogre on - hehe! and the 3rd looks every bit as funny as the first 2! Will hopefully see soon - I've already booked our tickets for POTC3 for next Friday - yaaay!

that's interesting - looks like she has to work a bit harder than the original to get out of the caves! I love all the nifty moves and puzzles - but I hope they stick pretty close to the original.

a 2-year warrantly on a new car should include all parts and labour (as mine does), especially the battery. If the battery was heat damaged, couldn't you claim on your insurance? Then again, you'd have to pay the excess so probably not worth it.

lol! we saw it too on Monday and loved it! although I do sort of get Hardkore's point, his dancing scenes were excrutiating to watch, but I think that was intended. I've only ever seen Thomas Hayden Church in Sideways (which I love) - what else has he been in AJ? and, also, have to agree, POTC3 - bring it on!!!

well, since i played the original TR on PS, i'm looking forward to:- 1. Being able to save my game at regular intervals 2. Facing more realistic crocs and gorillas 3. Swinging around more poles ( a favorite of mine in Legend) 4. Seeing what Pierre and Larson really look like (as opposed to blocky ppl full of bugs, specially Pierre) 5. Just playing the game again with fantastic graphics, revisiting all the old locations (specially Francis Folly and Palace Midas) and hopefully, easily beating the enemies and winning the game!

good ole' Mr Bean! Becky went to see that on Wednesday, whilst me and Hannah went to see Sunshine - what a load of old pap! I honestly thought this would be a good film - I'm a fan of Cillian Murphy - but, it was just weird - I think too much attention was taken up with the 'special' effects, which just added to the confusion. There was a really funny bit where an astronaut didn't make it to the airlock, floated in space, completely froze over, got hit by part of the ship which decapitated his arm, which shattered into pieces as it was frozen, then he floated past the shields and, as the sun hit him, he exploded in a little 'poof' - it was hilarious and it made me think of Homer and Bart on the airship to the sun episode. Anyway, if you're thinking of going to see it, don't bother!

I'm looking forward to 28 weeks later! Also, Sunshine looks like a good film. I just watched a clip from Adam Sandler's new movie Reign over Me - in which he has a serious role - I'm not a big fan of AS but this film looks pretty good.
