At the very beginning of Sanctuary of the Scion at the top of the stairs with the mural painting of pharaohs holding something in their hands on 3 walls and the 4 things you turn...

I think they are supposed to match but when you turn one, the other ones move!!

Reload the level so that the spinning puzzle has reset, kill the two Cat Mummies and then spin the bottom left spinning thing 180 degrees and then spin the top right one 180 degrees and ta-dah, puzzle done =).

That puzzle threw me off too...but I figured it out....I was actually turning all four of those things until they all matched.....if you think that is something, then wait until your actually into the level itself...

Look at the wall it tells you which pics should face each other work anti clockwise (right to left)

Like the timed door puzzle in TR3...there's no way you'd figure that out without help...
