Grappling hook will not grab rings in anniversary game

is this happing to anyone else

I have played all the games and never had a problem like this

it workes for everything except when you have to jump and grab

it won't grab

I've never even heard of that. Maybe you aren't close enough when you're firing the grappling hook off. That's the only thing I can think of.

Well if you're at Lara's house, make sure you pick it up first. Lol I tried using that thing so many times before I realised I didn't even have it. >.<

Well if you're at Lara's house, make sure you pick it up first. Lol I tried using that thing so many times before I realised I didn't even have it. >.<

The only thing I can suggest is to try timing the multiple button-presses differently. Maybe quicker together, maybe slower. For me, I remember that I had to hit the grapple button pretty quickly at times.

The only thing I can think of is that you're still used to Legend's control system. For Anniversary, when you jump you have to press Square rather than X this time to grapple.

Another thing, you should be sure that you only hit it once, I think. I know that that one part in the coliseum can be quite a neuscence.

maybe you are pressing the botton too late try pressing square as soon as you jump off

I've had the grapple problem in the gym at ramp 3.

The solution (in a grapple jump) is to release the grapple after her feet are parallel to the ground, or else it will snap.

If no jump is necessary (floor at safe distance), the grapple will not snap, and you can continue.

While stationary, hold the triangle and push the stick forward like you want to swing.

Lara will climb the grapple.
