I fanally understood how to do the Dodge!! It took me forever to fight the T-Rex and the Centuars but when it was when I was fighting the very large mutant (the one after Natla falls into the pit of Lave) that I realised how it works and when to shoot. Man i was stupid. Now i go back and fight the T-Rex and Centuars and it takes no time at all to kill them now.

well, in that case Demon, could you please give me some tips, cos I'ms till stuck with the Centaurs (although haven't played in a while) - any help would be much appreciated.
