A View To A Kill was another good one and Sheena Also.

No Time To Die was pretty good but a lot of fans hate it, especially the ending. 
 

Oh well, time to move on…

I watch Pluto TV a lot 24/7 Bond and Dr. Who, Star Trek Next Generation. Can't beat the oldies but goodies.

Another sequel to the series with the last Scream film that was released in 2011. The 25th Anniversary BluRay of the first film just came out this past week too, believe it or not, it's been that long!

those are not the correct actresses for Claire Redfield (Kaya Scodelario -Maze Runners) and Jill Valentine (Hannah John-Kamen, corporate suit in Ready Player One), nor for Chris Redfield (Robbie Amell) and Leon S. Kennedy (Avan Jogia, he is Gujarati Indian. )

The rest of the movie seems faithful to the first video game in terms of locations and settings

The more I see of Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City, the more it annoys me...and it's because of the casting choices, every single one of them is wrong. Also, it's supposed to be a combination of the first and second games...which were actually set months apart from each other. The only two games that ever happened at the same time were 2 and 3.

I agree Morphie. They had to check the agenda boxes during the casting.

Exactly right! Plus, there's a massive difference between "we want to come up with something original" and "being faithful to the source material". Pick one, you can not have both.

I have never seen a single episode of her show. It was before my time. But I will watch this. Without her 2 influential TV series will never have been made: 

Star Trek and Mission: Impossible.

I didn't know the FBI went after her for being a Communist.

This Die Hard commercial is new to me.

 

Top Gun is the only one that I have interest. The rest is the same recycle: another Thor, another Doctor Strange, another Mission Impossible, another dinosaurs movie, another Scream, another Flash, another Batman. How many times are they going to remake Batman.

I agree it started a bit slow but it had a great ending.

You also need to watch the small clips during the credits  until  the end.

Watch again when you can stay awake.

Ghostbusters Afterlife started out a bit slow, but that ending was amazing, and was a nice was to say goodbye and also welcome a new generation. Nothing beats the original two, but anything is better than that one we don't talk about...

Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City. Great big AVOID on that one, it's a steaming pile of garbage and a complete insult to 25 years of character development and world building.

Watching the final episode of S6 and it's also the series end.

I never really watched it. Maybe I'll get the dvd set when it comes out.

Still can't believe this is the end.

There are 9 books and each season has been based on a book, season 1 = 1st book, season 2 - 2nd book, etc.

Season 6 is based on the 6th book.

There is still plenty of story to tell and with 9 books they can go 9 seasons, even longer because it's been averaging a new book each year and a new season each year.

If they were to continue, by the time the 9th season is made 3+ years from now, there will be 12 books.

Amazon picked it up after SyFy cancelled it after only 3 seasons. Now Amazon is killing it because they say it's too expensive to produce:

but they can make a Lord of The Rings TV series and the first season will end up costing Amazon almost $1 billion to produce, market and television rights paid to the Tolkien estate.
