  1. I have decided to make this topic because i took some screenshots, and i know alot of you here took some too, so please post all screenshots you have taken :)! I have quite a few, but i will post three at a time.

    Lara Croft enters Peru...

And unfortuenetly, Iam unable to upload some of the other images because it was to large, or something like that.

  2. here are some odd things i noticed in Legend for the Game Boy Advance:

    In the Japan level:

You start the game in the middle of the party, but what's wierd is that Lara Croft isnt wearing any shoes and the sides of the her dress are already ripped off! That would be very embarrassing, showing up to a party barefoot and with the sides of your dress ripped off!

    In all the levels:

Whenever you use a med pack Laura makes the same sound she does when your hit by a bullet.

Whenever she draws a different kind of weapon (the shotgun, for example) she is still holding her two pistols, even though she should be holding a shotgun!

What are the odd things you have noticed in the game?

  3. I'm just wondering because I downloaded the Legend demo from the official website and found it really hard to control Lara and thought the graphics were not as good as on the ps2 version did anyone else think it was hard to control or think of another difference between the two platforms

I got it for the PC, and i was thinking of getting it for my Xbox.

  4. I just love to play Star Wars games because they are full with action that only SW universe can have. But my favourite is SW Knights of The Old Republic. Wonderfully built RPG with right of choise to be Sith or a Jedi. So much worlds to visit and missions to fullfill... In other words... Anyone thinks the same? :)

i like Battle Front (so far) i have the second one except it sucks so i only play the first one. i have played KOTOR 2 though, i remember that on the first level theres this console that you need to use to open the airlock, except you need a vooive patter or somthing like that, i spent 8 days trying to crack it, and i got so frustrated that i destroyed the console and the airlock opened

  5. i kind like Halo 2 despite the fact that all the human weapons were terrible and the story linke was pretty corny. but i am about to Order Dawn of War: Dark Crusade, i played the demo and it's AWSOME!!! but my favorite game (so far) is Call of duty, and i am DEFINETLY gonna get the second call of duty, because everyone keeps saying "Call of Duty is a must have" and stuff like that.

  6. post-7188-1188618985_thumb.jpg

heres a nice one of me. JK

i have to wait until i get my hands on a camera, so far the only one i have is a Lego movie making camera, except when you take a picture it comes out pretty seedy so i have to wait :glare:

  7. ^_^ hiya rjulia,

In the Uk Tomb Raider Legend has been given a 12+ rating. This is due to the mild violence (shooting etc that is the same for all Tomb Raider games) and some very mild swearing "Bloody Hell" and "(wolf) piss" is the extent of the swearing.

There are no themes of a sexual nature in the game, and no nudity.

Legend's theme is no different from the previous Tomb Raider games in my opinion, and your son will enjoy playing it.

Not quite sure what the "suggestive themes" is referring to, but there is nothing that stands out that is any different from the previous Tomb Raider games.

You can also visit HERE for the ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board) guide to their game ratings.

    Hope this has helped.

    Best Wishes Andy. :D

I think the "suggestive themes" refer to the Evening, Ripped outfit

  8. + On the unlockable costume "Goth", the symbols on Lara's vest and belt buckle are for another Crystal Dynamics/Eidos series, Legacy of Kain. They are the symbols for Raziel and Kain's respective clans. Also, in the main hall of Croft Manor, you can see a painting of the human Kain, the same one that Raziel sees in Kain's Mausoleum in Defiance. Lara's blue sport outfit uses the Soul Reaver symbol of the sound glyph on the shoes. The unlockable Soul Reaver weapon is also a nod to these games.

+ In the last level, Bolivia Redux, the crates bear the Natla Industries logo. Jacqueline Natla was the main enemy in the original game, and Natla Technologies was her company.

+ The main hall of Croft Manor is nearly identical in layout and ornamentation to its counterpart in the first movie.

+ The lyrics to the main theme and other musical cues in the game are from a Gaelic folk song named Ailein duinn.

+ In the first Bolivia level, in the corridor after the interactive sequence, skeletal corpses can be seen in a hole in the wall. The corpses are similar to those that can be seen in certain areas of the first Tomb Raider game, such as Peru.

Well, there's some nice little facts there. We all know the Natla one though, and the mansion one, lol.:)

Okay, what's with the IPB warning that I keep seeing? lol.

wow, i should be more observant. thanks :D !

  9. Didn't like:

    (1) in the Japan level, her hair was braided, and from what i've heard, almost everyone wanted her hair loose

    (2) the game was pretty short

    (3) if you have your guns drwan and dont shoot them for about 6 seconds she atomatically puts her guns away.

    (4) there was no Blood and Gore

    (5) there were so few weapons

    (6) interactive cut scenes

    (7) you could only stay INSIDE Croft Manor

    (8) the grnades didnt really look or act like real grenades, i mean, when you throw a grenade does it beep loudly and glow red?

    Liked:

    (1) Lara's clothes (expecially the Evning, Ripped :) )

    (2) graphics

    (3) cheats

    (4) the Japan level was awsome and the scenery in Ghana and Bolivia was breathtaking.

    (5) all the cool melee attacks

    (6) the butler, he isnt all that old looking, (compare him to the Butler in tomb raider III)

    (7) Shotgun's ^_^

i would rate the game 9.5

  10. I suggest leaving Japan until last. Then you can use all your other cheats to help you through it. It's practically impossible without "bulletproof" and "one-shot kill".

actually i have done it without cheats :woho: , ithe only slow part was the beggining when she walks, i was going through that whole part saying, "come on Lara, you can run in high heels."

  11. i voted for Japan. i jsut love those kind of levels where the character goes to a meeting and then bad guys sho up and they pull out thier pistol(s) and just go berserk

i like the Japan level so much that i played over and over agian, each time on a different diffuclty (i think i spelled diffulcty wrong) and i played it on hard and i decided to ONLY use the pistols and no other weapons (including grenades) man, i died so many times but i finally beat it.

  12. THNX Emily

LOL yeah i like the way she looks anyways Scorpio, but i think she looks nice that way too, i made the hair and heels with photoshop.

i would have loved it if she kept the shoes on... would have looked cool. and i think Lara knows her way around on high heels lol.

yeah so do i. i also found this glitched video about a guy playing some of the levels while she was in her evening dress (before she kicked off her shoes and ripped the sides of) it was SO funny!!

P.S photo shop you say? man, i got to get photo shop, every one keeps telling me about it.

  13. if Lara would have wear her shoes and kept her hair loose in the Japan level she would have looked like this

    LaraJapandress.jpg

i have a picture like that:

post-7188-1188533773_thumb.pngExcept she's barefoot. i agree about the unbraided hair, but i disagree that she should have kept her shoes on, imean, how can she run, jump, and fight while wearing high heels?

i like the suit most because she was barefoot, and i played all the levels while she was in the Evening Dress.
