Being that I work in Tech Support, I might need to use this rant thread a bit more from now on. Haha. It didn't delete anything. It was one of those "free scanner" ripoffs that tells you you're infected and tells you to buy their software to remove the threats. Anyone have anymore ideas?

Okay, McAfee says I have the Spy-Agent.n trojan in my windowslogon.exe file. The trojan cannot be cleaned, deleted or quarantined. I looked online and several people had this problem, but each situation seems different and I don't know how to get rid of this thing. Cany anyone help me?
