"oh no u dont" said zip running towards elcrone, and with one swift move elcrone smashed him in the stomach sending zip groveling on the floor, just then lara sent a shot zipping past elcornes head. "dont even try elcrone theres two of us versus one of you

Elcrone stood there. Then in one sudden flash, pulled out his whip and threw it at Lara. Lara dodged but Elcrone was ready and pulled out his knife at the same time he threw the whip and threw the knife at Lara. The knife struck home into her upper leg. Elcrone turned around and flipped up onto the second floor. As all of them below drew weapons, Elcrone ran the length of the second floor and ran through a door.

"Bloody humans," he growled to himself and he pulled out a hankerchief and wipe the black blood that had come from a wound made ny Lara.

"Natla, your new employee has made another decision regarding the Scion," Elcrone said into his headset.

"What?!" screamed Natla.

"You heard me. Now, find out where this next piece of the Scion is, once you do, then I'll go after it. In the meantime, I will be busy taking care of this Lara and this Tino. Get to work." and with that he hung up. Then from the other side, pounding and the sound of voices.

"Lara, go upstairs"said tino as he rused toward allister,,"allister,u alright?" "yeah im fine ,jus go get him." said allister "alright but i hve 2 things for u 2 do, see tht zip is ok, and ...put the scion in the croft vault..we cant afford our dear friend elcrone try to snatch it again" said tino as he ran upstiars where he saw lara shooting at elcrone and him running into another room. "perfect" thot tino as he ran into the room elcrone and run in, but from anther door and started shooting at him,but to his surprise he saw him take out his sword and block all the bullets "omg" thot tino jus the lara came out of the room and started at elcrone again

Elcrone grabbed his cloak and swirled it around him. As Lara ran over to him, the cloak fell to the floor and Elcrone was no where to be found. He materialized again near Zip and Allister. He grabbed them and pulled them out of the manor and put them onto his bike.

*LATER*

He threw Allister and Zip into the celler, made sure that they had no way of contacting Lara, and slammed the door. (They were tied up) Elcrone then called the Croft Manor.......

"Holy ****, did u see tht" said tino running to help lara. "he just fanished,, andd dear GOd we have to take care of ur leg" said Tino looking at the knife still in the wound."ok this i gonna hurt" said tino "not the first time ive been stabbed" said Lara "1,2,3..and" said Tino as pulled the knife out "GOD DAMN IT' said lara.."ok im gonna get saum first aid' said tino running into the nearset room looking for sum gauze and after he fixed Lara up they talked about how elcrone couldnt be human since they found sum black blood on the floor from the time they shot him and how he just fanished "But the scion" said Lara "dont worry Allister put it in the vault b4 elcrone got it" said tino 'but if elcrone isnt human then why wud he want it for money??surley he wants it for sumthing else"..just then the phone rang...

As the phone was answered, Elcrone spoke into the receiver, drawing his breath with each word he spoke.

"I want the Scion, you have it. In one hour, meet me in the office of Natla and you give over the Scion, you get your friends back."

And Elcrone puased, waiting for any response.

"Alright, fine" said Tino "But Lara's not coming u stabbed her in the leg she cant go anywhere, i'll come instead" said Tino

"Done" said Elcrone

In half and hour Tino had arrived at the scene and he saw Elcrone waiting there with Zip and alister

"ok" said Elcrone hand it over

"not so fast punk" said Tino as he ran toward Elcrone spin kicked him in the face and while he was down he cried out "Zip Alister take the bike as he threw the Scion towrds them

"But Tino" cried Alister

"Just go,and find out the location of the last Scion piece and once u do tell Lara to go ahead without me" said tino and with that the exited the house. Just then elcrone got up

"show me what u got" said tino. and with that Elcrone shot the whip towards Tino's feet which tino dodged with a back flip and charged forward to start in a hand to hand combat with Elcrone, but to no avail and in the end Elcrone had knocked Tino out.

Elcrone stood over the limb form of Tino and smiled.

"You think you can win this one? You are a little worm that will perish once the world is mine!" and with that, kicked him in the side.

Elcrone looked over at Alister and Zip as they were about to take off. He threw the whip and it landed around Zips neck and when the bike took off, Zip was pulled back. Zips neck whip lashed so horribly that when he landed on the ground, He only had a few more minutes before he was free of the world.

Elcrone fished out the Scion, but upon learning that it was a fake, he screamed and Natla and her Henchmen came running out of the double glass doors.

"What?" she asked Elcrone.

"This is a fake," he said turning to her. Locate that last piece NOW!" and with that he turned around and was gone in a whip of his cloak.

Zip lay on the ground dying. Tino began to stir, and Elcrone had appeared on the door step of Croft Manor....

Tino had jus got up when he realized that elcrone was gone "Zip wake up get on the computer and find the final location of that last dammed piece." "zip?...Zip??" cried Tino "oh no" as fast as he could he got Alister bandaged up and while this was happening he called up Lara and asked her where she was "im at The park, i knew that Elcrone would b back." "alright, But do u have the scion?" " yeah i have it" said Lara " ok Stay where u are im giving Alister a call and telling him to pick u up." "alister i want u to pick lara up at the park, and once u do give me a call i should have found out the location of the last piece of the scion." How can u do that, Zip is gone." replied Alister." "dont worry, i have my sources" replied tino "i hope elcrone doesnt mind me making a few long distance calls" said tino to himself "Ron, how are u man??, dude i have got a favour to ask of u, i dont have time to talk bout it but can u send me the location of the third piece of an artifact called the scion?" ron was a friend of tino's parents and ha done research for them when they were still alive. " the Scion??? u've found the scion???" "yes we found two of the peices...one in Peru and one in Greece, i jus need u to find the last piece" "ok" said ron "i'll try my best" "one more thing, could i send a couple of my frinds over to ur place, one of them is hurt." "any friend of urs is a friend of mine" said Ron "thanks Man, and dont call back on this number, call back on mine" said tino and he hung up. Just then Lara called "Alister picked me up we're heading towards the airport" "Alright book two tickets for Zip and Alister to London." said Tino "im bringing Zip." Soon tino brought zip and Alister to the airport and then Lara and Tino Went To a Tranquil place jus to rest and within a couple of minutes got a call from Ron. Soon tino and Lara were on they're Way to Egypt

Elcrone smashed into the manor and destroyed the main hall, bringing down the roof. Within a few minutes, Croft manor was in ruins.

"You think you have outwitted me have you Lara and Tino?" he said smiling to himself.

"Elcrone my lord," came Natla's voice over the headset.

"What?" he snarled.

'The third piece is in Egypt, Lara and Tino are on their way. I knew that they would and it just so happens that the plane they got on, the pilot works for me. I have directed him to take them to Antartica."

"I will be in Egypt in a few minutes. Meet me there."

Elcrone walked out from the rubble and called for his chopper. It landed next to him and he boarded and he to was on his way to Egypt.

A few hours later, the Chopper landed near an entrance to a cave with ornate symbols carved around the entrance. Elcrone began walking into the cave, his spirits felt lighter then they had in the past three hundred years.

"Tino" said Lara. "Are you sure we are headed to ward Egypt??"

"Yeah, I booked us 2 tickets to Cairo."

"Then why is my navigation system showing that we're heading toward the South Pole" said Lara

"Elcrone" said tino as he saw the co-pilot coming toward Lara with a gun and with one swift move knocked him out, and with that Lara ran into the cockpit there was a slight shudder and with tha tino knew it was safe to go into the cockpit.

"He's probably way ahead of us... lets see how fast this lil thing can go" said Tino as he motioned towards the throttle

"Within a couple of hours the sky over Egypt saw a small 2 seater Learjet fly over as it dropped to small dots and then crashed, and the two dots seemed to float down. Lara and Tino had arrived in Egypt.

Elcrone continued to walk down the tunnel, listening to every sound around him. He soon came to the Lost City of Khamoon. But even for a city that was lost thousands of years ago, it was not deserted.

A figure loomed down near the Sphinx and as Elcrone walked towards it, it burst to life and began to attack Elcrone.

Elcrone withdrew his sword and spent the next few minutes battling this monster from the underworld. Then all was still. The head had come off clean and swift. He pulled his gun and blasted the door in between the Sphinx's legs until it fell down. He entered through the door and emerged in a room with statues that reached sky high. But again, it was not deserted, and four creatures with four legs, began to run after him. He drew his sword and gun again, preparing for the fight.
